-Supports PM and Superintendent to plan, organize and supervise the work of the MEP trades -Reviewing and expediting submittals/approvals to ensure timely project completion

What You Bring

-5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction/MEP coordination -Must have experience in leading project coordination, design assistance and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems in following markets: healthcare, telecommunications, data centers or other mission critical projects -General understanding on building codes, mechanical codes, electrical codes and plumbing codes as it relates to construction related projects -Experience in mechanical and electrical construction/MEP areas -Strong leadership and relationship skills required -Have proven track record as a MEP Manager for related projects with MEP scopes -Degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, technology education or building construction/MEP, or equivalent experience
