Develop and deliver sustainability strategies, assessments and modelling for building projects.

Tasks
Support the development of energy and sustainability strategies with our clients to lead sustainability innovation on new and existing developments. Undertake a range of modelling and assessments, which may include but not limited to: embodied carbon calculations and circular economy consultancy, building performance simulation including operational energy estimates, and overheating. Lead the delivery of environmental and wellbeing assessments (such as BREEAM, WELL, HQM, etc) from early design stages through to project completion/post construction. Work within the Technical Excellence programme on research and development initiatives to allow us to stay at the cutting edge of knowledge in our industry. As well as project-related work, you would have the opportunity to engage directly with the industry, undertaking research and development studies, and authoring industry guidance. Support the training of junior members of the team e.g. in workstream delivery, consultancy and project planning. Develop holistic sustainability strategies

What You Bring
Already working within a sustainability or engineering consultancy, you will be looking for a new challenge within a practice at the very forefront of our field. You will bring expertise (with a degree in engineering/science, and experience in the field) and a passion for creating sustainable solutions. You will have good communication skills and an enthusiasm for working within a team environment. Experience working within the built environment sector.
