Tasks
-Driving investments and acquisitions in existing markets -Build and foster relationships with a network of lenders, capital partners and other industry contacts. -Manage a pipeline of potential acquisitions and develop a clear investment strategy regarding new geographical markets and sectors. -Leading growth into new market sectors and geographies -Lead acquisitions by sourcing and tracking off-market deals, underwriting and preparing coherent, well-researched investment thesis. -Manage the process of closing deals.

What You Bring
-A deep understanding and experience in NYC real estate strongly preferred. -Established relationships and a track record of securing financing for real estate transactions. -8+ years of relevant experience in investing or acquisitions roles in Real Estate. -A driven, results-oriented, individual with strong attention to detail. -A Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field. Masters preferred.
