Description

• Provide examples of your previous work experience that demonstrate your ability to work cooperatively with, build, and strengthen partnerships with Caltrans’ internal and external customers including city and county government, regional planning organizations, state and federal agencies, tribal governments, elected officials, and industry advisory groups.
• Provide examples of your previous work experience that demonstrate your ability to think strategically, review systemic factors related to program effectiveness such as organization, workflow, quality controls, and availability of necessary resources, and to develop and implement workable solutions.
• Provide examples of your previous work experience that demonstrate your ability to plan, organize, and direct a professional staff, represent the Department on transportation planning matters, participate in public forums, and serve in a consulting and coordinating capacity with other departmental functional areas.

All Experience and Education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the Minimum Qualifications for the position.
