Tasks

-Carry out commissioning of LV Electrical systems, Instrumentation and Control Systems including MCC’s and associated field equipment -Provide a flexible approach to resourcing all commissioning requirements of various projects -Complete commissioning documentation -Monitor standards to ensure specification compliance and quality standards are strictly maintained -Participate in HAZCOMM activities for various projects as required -Read and interpret electrical drawings, line diagrams and P&ID’s -Attend FAT activities and provide constructive input with regards to system controls -Complete SAT and Asset Start-up -To support the project team by developing commissioning plans, site commissioning files, methodologies, programmes, method statements and risk assessments

What You Bring

-Profibus, Installation and Commissioning Certification -Experience in telemetry end to end testing -Experience in FAT, SAT testing and fault finding -Experience in executing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for clean and wastewater projects on both new build and retrofit sites -Electrical/Instrumentation HND/HNC or equivalent -Proven Instrumentation & Electrical experience – full commissioning phase experience (installation, dry, wet, process testing) -Experience of iMCC’s including VSD’s, Softstarts and Flow, Level, Pressure and Temperature instrumentation -Full UK Driving Licence. -Previous experience holding SAP or AP position and of PTW systems
