-maintain a thorough knowledge of property and our competition -respond to resident requests and problems with a high level of customer service -respond to site visits and telephone inquiries and conduct tours of the property -prepare all lease-related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner -optimize occupancy while maximizing effective leased rent -walk move-ins to ensure readiness -follow policies and procedures in the qualification, screening, and acceptance of applicants -use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic levels
