Tasks

-Coaches the project team on Accounts Payable procedures. -Assists in the gathering of data for internal and external auditors. -Meets Accounts Payable operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and identifying opportunities for improvement. -Verifies banking details for ACH and wire requests and processes bank payment files via electronic means. -Prepares journal entries and reconciliations for various subledgers and/or supporting documentation. -Completes month end closing processes as assigned. -Ensures that vendors are paid accurately and in a timely manner and proper sales/use tax is applied. -Processes project invoices and addresses any issues or concerns from vendors pertaining to payment disbursement.

Requirements
