Manage and secure enterprise apps, integrations, and cloud infrastructure at Helion.

Tasks

-Partner with functional stakeholders (engineering, operations, product, HR, finance) to translate business needs into system configurations, optimizations, and automations -Be on the rotation for support / incident response for critical systems when needed -Act as the owner of the enterprise application stack: evaluate new SaaS tools, maintain vendor relationships, manage roadmaps, contracts, upgrades, and migrations -Manage integrations and data flows between applications (via APIs, webhooks, middleware) ensuring consistency, security, and reliability -Enforce role-based access control, data security policies, and governance protocols across applications -Administer and support Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools: permissions, schemes, workflows, custom fields, templates, dashboards, integrations -Monitor system performance, log issues, and proactively troubleshoot application or integration failures -Participate in change management, releases, and onboarding/offboarding processes -Manage security and compliance across our business applications, including RBAC, SSO/SCIM integrations (Okta, Azure AD), audit logging, environment strategy (dev/test/prod), and change control processes

What You Bring

-Experienced with enterprise platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, NetSuite, Siemens PLM, NX, CAD/CAM, HRIS, and ATS systems -Hands-on expertise in integrating and automating systems through APIs and middleware -5+ years in systems administration, systems integration, or business analysis -Proficient in Windows and Linux environments, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID (Azure AD) -Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
