What You Bring

-Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet -Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email -Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills -2+ years experience in a Construction Supervisory role, or a recent graduate with a Degree in Construction Mgt or similar -The ability to interpret blueprints is a plus -Safety Certifications are preferred -Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing assemblies and leak detection is preferred -Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation -Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
