Tasks

-Assist in Administration of Short & Long Term Disability Claims & Tracking: Communicates and advises employees on policy, process and registering for STD/LTD. Monitors claim progression, status and payroll communications. -HRIS Administration and Reporting: Assist with the ongoing administration of the HRIS and develops, manages various period reports such as Headcount, KPI, Talent Acquisition / recruitment, turnover etc. -Administrative support: Provides general administrative support to the department along with support for company/departmental growth initiatives. -Recruitment & Selection & Onboarding: Provides primary full cycle recruitment for entry to intermediate level roles for client groups. Administers and tracks requisitions for client group. Conducts Reference checks and new hire orientations. This will be the primary focus of this position. -Employee Support and Policy Guidance: Responds to inquiries regarding policies and HR related matters for the US region. -Benefits Administration (US): Coordinates enrollments in plans and communicates changes with payroll.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support key human resource functions across the organization. In this dynamic role, you’ll be primarily involved in recruitment efforts but also provide guidance and administrative support in areas such as HRIS management, reporting, daily transactions, and leave and benefits administration. If you are looking for an entry-level role in HR and thrive in a role where you are a go-to resource, we'd love to hear from you. -Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or 2–4 years of relevant professional experience. -Critical thinking skills. -High level of initiative and ability to work under minimal supervision. -Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. -High attention to detail and confidentiality.
