-Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with company goals and market trends -Lead all aspects of operations, including business development, client relationships, sales, financial performance, project delivery, and resource management -Oversee staffing, workload forecasting, and financial tracking to support operational efficiency and sustainable growth -Collaborate with the Company President to develop and implement regional growth strategies -Build and manage the Construction Management operation within Virginia -Strengthen and maintain relationships with key transportation agencies, including VDOT, MTA, WMATA, and Amtrak -Ensure quality control and adherence to H&H's standards, procedures, and client requirements -Provide leadership and mentorship to construction management and inspection staff, promoting technical excellence and a culture of collaboration

What You Bring

-Strong relationships with key transportation agencies, including VDOT, MTA, WMATA, and Amtrak -Experience leading a Construction Management/Inspection (CM/CI) or Program/Construction Management (PM/CM) operation preferred -Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in the transportation industry, including at least 10 years in construction management and inspection -Proven success in business development, client management, staff leadership, and operational management -Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills -Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Virginia
