Maintain and improve equipment to ensure safe, high‑quality food production on a 4‑on‑4‑off shift.

Tasks

-Monitor processes and equipment, reporting variances and taking corrective action -Respond swiftly to unplanned breakdowns and maintenance events -Lead, guide and mentor your shift team to achieve operational excellence -Support engineering projects, installations, and equipment modifications -Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime -Deliver effective maintenance to ensure consistent, high-quality production

What You Bring

-Multi-skilled with both mechanical and electrical expertise (electrical bias preferred) -Apprenticeship trained (ideally) -Qualified Maintenance Engineer with City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 -Proactive problem-solver who supports production and continuous improvement -Ideal for Engineers based in South Nottingham, North Leicestershire or Melton Mowbray -Experience in food manufacturing would be advantageous
