Play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the mechanical performance of one of Saudi Arabia’s most advanced Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) facilities. This position offers the opportunity to lead mechanical maintenance activities, drive reliability initiatives, and ensure continuous, safe, and efficient operations. -Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, and technical evaluations for mechanical modifications and new installations. -Troubleshoot mechanical failures and provide technical direction to ensure minimal downtime and maximum reliability. -Ensure maintenance is executed efficiently and safely in line with OEM recommendations, project standards, and HSE requirements. -Support development of condition-based maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. -Supervise preventive, corrective, and major overhauling maintenance activities on mechanical systems, including turbines, pumps, compressors, valves, and piping. -Review maintenance data to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities. -Lead outage planning and execution, ensuring manpower, spares, and resources are available and cost-effective. -Manage documentation, reporting, and maintenance records in SAP CMMS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. -Provide coaching and mentoring to technicians and junior engineers to enhance technical capability. -Coordinate with EPC/OEM contractors for technical clarifications and follow up on system performance.

What You Bring

-Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills. -7–10 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance within power generation or desalination plants, preferably CCGT facilities. -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. -Proven background in predictive and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and outage execution. -Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment reliability, and failure analysis techniques. -Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage. -Experience with SAP CMMS and maintenance management systems. -Excellent understanding of HSE standards, maintenance planning, and root cause analysis.
