Provides advanced IT support and device management for end‑users at Powerlink.

Tasks

-Install and maintain office hardware including monitors and printers -Create user-friendly documentation and training materials, and drive improvements in IT service delivery by listening to feedback and refining processes -Manage and deploy desktops, laptops and mobile devices, using tools like Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune to maintain a secure, efficient computing environment -Deliver hands-on and remote support for a broad range of end-user technologies, providing prompt solutions and maintaining high service standards -Support collaboration and communication platforms, including Microsoft Teams and meeting room technology, to keep our teams connected and productive -Manage and collaborate on hardware refresh projects for end user devices, including coordinating users communication and managing stock

What You Bring

-Significant hands on experience providing technical and advanced support to end-user computer technologies -Recently completed certifications in Microsoft 365 or significant relevant experience
