This is a full-time, on-site Surveyor role based in Leeds. The Surveyor will conduct detailed property inspections to assess building preservation needs, diagnose problems such as damp, timber decay, or structural defects, and recommend appropriate remedial solutions. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive reports, advising clients on treatment options, and ensuring projects are managed efficiently to completion in compliance with company standards.
