Tasks

-Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with builders and trades, offering practical advice and technical support. -On-Site Support & Training: Deliver hands-on training to installers and contractors, ensuring correct installation and product use. -Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. -Problem Solving: Be the go-to person for resolving installation issues and providing real-time solutions on-site. -Site Visits & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards are met and support warranty documentation.

What You Bring

-Hands-on experience in building, facades, or construction -Hold a current Building License or a recognized Construction Trade qualification -Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product enhancements and industry trends, especially in facade systems and sustainable building. -Comfortable working on-site and solving practical challenges -Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
