Drive continuous improvement throughout the organization and be a proponent for positive change.
Assist project team with the development of project procedures.
Analyze and effectively communicate financial results of projects to management.
Assist in the tracking of project change orders and development of projections.
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
Effectively use the right data, reports, and tools for risk analysis and benchmarking.
Develop and maintain budget and cost reports and earned value analyses.
Earn trust, credibility, and buy-in of processes from the Operations team to create better cohesion and clear communication within the organization.
Assist in client billing and revenue collection.
Collaboration: Interface with project teams and the finance team to ensure financial accuracy and project success.

3-5 years of financial/data analysis or public accounting experience.
Experience in the Construction Industry preferred.
Effective communication (both oral and written), organization, and interpersonal skills.
