Resolves customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assists and support in developing new business opportunities.
Evaluates staff to determine training requirements. Assist in hands on training, and scheduling manufacturer training for employees.
Ensures that material and equipment are ordered in a timely fashion.
Evaluates workload and prioritizes works orders with dispatch department.
Generate reports and measure department performance.
Manages and develops the Service/ Office Staff, which includes hiring, terminating and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling employees, evaluating performance and directing work assignments to ensure effective production/ profit.
Ensure that all employees are observing all company safety requirements.
