Tasks

-Organizing, managing, and evaluating the effective utilization of resources -Provide appropriate and consistent feedback to direct reports. -Troubleshooting production issues with support from senior operators. -Ensuring department compliance with company policies and procedures. -Managing orders and ensuring customer needs are met. -Overseeing the performance of processes and employees in Antec Controls. -Coaching and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality products are built in a safe, cost-effective, timely manner.

What You Bring

-Process driven, self-motivated and demonstrates the ability to take initiative. -Excellent communication skills. -Strong leadership skills and an ability to effect and champion change. -A proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Strong interpersonal, communication, organization skills, with an eye for detail -3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. -The ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment. -Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence -An aptitude for reading blueprints and engineering drawings. -Experience in a manufacturing environment with a mandate for safety and quality. -A high level of critical thinking and accountability -A willingness and ability to learn technical requirements of the product.
