Tasks
-Promote technologies and methodologies to create innovative approaches and improve technical quality of work product; keep abreast of new technologies, changes in building codes, and advances in the industry -Assist the Project Director in developing project staff-hours and planning schedule for his/her aspects of the project -Mentor junior staff; assist in the development of future project architects -Ensure compliance with applicable codes and ADA requirements -Assist the Project Director in establishing project design criteria -Plan and conduct work requiring independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, adaptation and modification of standard construction components and systems to execute design intent -Stay informed of new developments and systems in the field of architectural practice and design -Coordinate the layout, design, drafting, and specifications produced by other architects and technicians who assist in specific assignments -Responsible for stamping and sealing bid documents -Work collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment to produce integrated project documents, and insure integrated design approaches & solutions -Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of professional work in part of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope

What You Bring
-Requires thorough knowledge of code principles -Requires thorough knowledge of architectural practice -Must be a Registered Architect -Ability to lead others and foster teamwork -Ability to use CAD and/or BIM software -Academic, Data Center, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Science & Technology experience preferred -Ability to use good judgment and make timely decisions -Proactive management style -At least 10 years of related experience -Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills -Requires knowledge of basic firm financial metrics related to project management -Professional degree in Architecture
