Tasks

-Assist in the responsibility for operations of production section including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support -May function as an Assistant Project Manager and assist in responsibility for production on projects in addition to management responsibilities. -This role will require coordination with the KS/MO Area Field Services Manager, the department, and respective section managers to maximize field services provided to HDR clients. Assist with administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions, and lead and coordinate services with other sections -Be involved in marketing planning, proposals and interviews -Work cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production efforts -Implement, monitor and support company policy. -Assist in the selection, training, development and management of technical personnel. -Projects may include Transportation for DOT, Municipal, and County work as well as helping on other infrastructure to support the other Markets of the Field Services Team. -Will be responsible for verifying that Health & Safety protocols are followed. -Assist in ensuring that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management system. -Be directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production and related issues

What You Bring

-Freight Rail Experience -Water/Wastewater Certifications and Experience -DOT Certifications and Experience -Other Certifications are a bonus with other market sectors including Transportation. -BS/in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline is preferred. -PE/CCM License Preferred.
