Tasks

-Auditing site logbooks and rectifying issues found, reviewing cleaning standards and improving where required. -To drive performance levels across the region with implementation of Business Improvement Plans to ensure continuous improvement, best practice and innovations are at the heart of our model. -To manage the cleaning teams and ensure appropriate levels of resources are deployed with succession and development plans in place. -Ensure that the budget is adhered to, and all levels of expenditure are within the set contract targets. -Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with all statutory requirements and corporate policies including, but not limited to, Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, Environment & Sustainability and Employment Legislation. -To support the Compliance Manager in managing the Soft (Cleaning) service delivery throughout their geographical area in line with contract obligations and service standards.

What You Bring

-Pass Vetting Clearance with no concerns. -Experience in successfully working in a pressured and stressful environment. -Experience in management of Soft (Cleaning) service delivery across a diverse multi-site portfolio. -Substantial and proven experience in multi-site soft services TFM contracts -Relevant industry experience. -Good working knowledge of H&S related to TFM services. -Excellent people communication skills: ability to manage and develop positive relationships with stakeholders. -Full UK Driving licence. -Qualified to ONC/HNC level or equivalent in facilities management, business support services, cleaning, security, catering or other suitable discipline. -Experience in managing change projects within FM environments. -IT literate in CAFM Information Management Systems.
