Tasks

-Contact suppliers to determine update rhythms/communication -Take full ownership of ensuring Customer Critical Products are efficiently loaded, transported, stored, and shipped to their Project Sites -Ensure proper and timely billing for all loadouts/trucking/offloads/storage -Support the Program Manager with maximizing program market share, revenue, and profit -Ensure Service Providers (PLR Branches, carries, etc.) update & collect records with offload information -Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders (OEM, Client, Third Party, BPSC) -Support the Program Manager with upselling BPSC services and additional value-adds -Verify all products – quantity, dimensions, trucking requirements, dates, etc. -Ensure proper approvals for all trucking invoices -Ensure Service Providers are upholding quality service outlined in agreements -Proactively communicate resource needs with all stakeholders -Assist the Program Manager in the support and management of accounts -Industry experts formulating winning solutions for each customer

What You Bring

-Stewardship- Understand and deliver on all agreed upon milestones, deadlines, and key results -Strong interpersonal and communication skills including technical writing -Pass drug test and background check -Experience with commercial, industrial, and contractor accounts -3-5 years of Logistics experience preferred. -High level of efficiency and accuracy -Must pass a Pre-Employment Microsoft Excel Test. -Excellent attention to details -Great time management and prioritizing skills -Advanced in Microsoft Excel
