Tasks
-Use hand and power tools for layout, drilling, and component mounting -Maintain a clean and organised workbench -Work closely with design and test engineers under supervisor guidance -Wire and assemble low-voltage control panels (110–600V AC, single & three-phase; 24V DC) -Perform continuity testing and basic functional checks -Build junction boxes, MCCs, HMI enclosures, and multi-door cabinets -Install and terminate components including:

What You Bring
-High attention to detail and consistent build quality -Experience with EPLAN software and BOM interpretation -Minimum 4 years' experience in control panel wiring or electrical assembly -Able to read and work from electrical schematics and layout drawings -HMIs and PLCs (Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Siemens) -Strong understanding of AC/DC control systems -Knowledge of electrical testing and panel safety procedures -Background in food machinery, automation, or industrial control systems -Formal electrical qualifications or completed apprenticeship -Skilled in wire preparation, crimping, ferrule termination, and routing -Confident using workshop tools and following safe working practices -Read and interpret electrical schematics (EPLAN), mechanical layouts, and BOMs -Comfortable working independently and as part of a team -Circuit breakers, relays, solenoid valves -Electrical Design Technician (EPLAN, BOMs, layouts) -Inverter drives, Soft Starts, Contactors
