-Manage the entire bid process: subcontractor solicitation, scope review, proposal evaluation, and post-bid analysis. -Oversee the preparation and accuracy of project estimates prepared by the team. -Provide input on materials, methods, and cost studies to support project planning and execution. -Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to stay informed on upcoming opportunities. -Collaborate closely with project management, clients, and design teams during preconstruction and throughout project delivery. -Lead and coordinate self-perform, hard bid, negotiated, and conceptual estimating efforts. -Support marketing and business development strategies through estimating insights and cost feedback. -Mentor and train estimators, promoting technical growth and accuracy across the team. -Participate in proposal development, RFP/RFQ responses, and client presentations. -Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and ethical standards in all estimating activities.
