Tasks

-To produce and maintain accurate and well-presented data to report on status and progress of key projects within agreed timescales. -Processing client invoices and working closely with the Carter Jonas Client Accounting and Finance departments -Developing and maintaining strong relationships to support the team in its delivery of work on key contracts. -Providing support to the team with streamlining processes and reporting -Reporting on a weekly / monthly basis to the team meeting -Assist with monthly/quarterly and annual reporting to clients. -To support the team, as required, and carry out administration of compliance and databases including Business Central, Connect, Time Management Software, TRAMPS, Dwellant and ESRI as required.

You will be a strong communicator, with the ability to multitask and liaise with different stakeholders within Carter Jonas and external clients. You will be a quick learner with excellent organisation skills, who focuses on attention to detail and accuracy, along with a good level of Excel knowledge. We are looking for someone to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rural tree remedial services. This position involves coordinating communication between internal teams and external clients, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting day-to-day operations through tasks such as quotation requests, asset management and general office administration. -An up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft applications i.e. excel, word, power point etc -Input to diaries and organising meetings.
