Senior QS handling claims, disputes, and cost management on a major hospital project.

-Overseeing cost management, valuations and final accounts -Supporting the resolution of disputes, including arbitration where required -Preparing and managing claims, variations and contractual submissions -Offering clear commercial and contractual advice to colleagues and stakeholders

What You Bring

-Familiarity with NEC and JCT forms of contract -Chartered (MRICS) or working towards is a plus but not essential -A background in Quantity Surveying, ideally with relevant qualifications (degree or equivalent) -Experience of working on large scale building projects
