Accounts Payable Specialist

Overview

Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and support AP and project cost tracking.

Tasks

-Route invoices to project management for approval -Enter incoming AP invoices into ComputerEase -Oversee document workflow -Prepare 1099's, credit applications, and misc. reporting when requested by Controller -Ensure that all necessary data is being code correctly to both the general ledger and job cost ledger -Track and reconcile subcontracts as they are billed -Print and process check payments -Ensure proper communication with our vendors, accounting team and project management team
