Tasks
-Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle -Foster strong communication between field teams, clients, and internal leadership -Monitor progress through regular site visits and ensure compliance with safety standards -Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery -Review and approve change orders, pay applications, and project documentation -Identify potential risks or conflicts and implement proactive solutions -Lead bidding, procurement, and contract negotiation processes -Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction planning through completion

A well-established construction management firm in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up and large-scale renovation projects across the commercial and multifamily sectors. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction. -5+ years of experience managing commercial or multifamily construction projects (ground-up preferred) -OSHA 30 certification preferred -Proven experience overseeing projects from start to finish, including budgeting and scheduling -Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and local building codes -Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) -Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project (or similar software) -Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
