Travel to project sites in order to train and assist with scheduling needs
Participate in the scheduling portion of Project Reviews as required
Prepare time impact analyses
Resource loading schedules as required. Analyze resource loading and recommend schedule adjustments as appropriate
Produce network logic diagrams, bar charts, and schedule reports for all project schedules, as required, to support the project management teams
Provide training and technical support for scheduling software
Create and update construction project critical path method schedules
Travel to individual projects, as required, to provide scheduling support
Proactively analyze project schedules including comparing cumulative cost/resource curves to actuals, tracking float consumption, change order impact analysis, etc.
Perform all work required to ensure that project schedules are complete and accurate
Work with the Director of Scheduling to continually improve the Company’s scheduling methodology, best practices, and effectiveness

Three or more years’ experience in the field, as a Scheduler, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or other relatable position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Able to function in a standard office setting
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Ability to drive the process and obtain information needed from varying project teams
Experience with Primavera P6
Ability to work with multiple project teams
A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to lift a minimum of 10-25 lbs.
Able to sit for extended periods of time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to learn or master skills quickly is required
