Tasks

Each role will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth in their respective segments. -Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic accounts. -Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to product and market development. -Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies. -Assess partner businesses and co-develop strategies to integrate energy storage products. -Lead negotiations, product training, and onboarding of new partners. -Maintain and grow a portfolio of customers to meet revenue and market share targets. -Introduce new products and manage day-to-day business operations with partners.

What You Bring

-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Salesforce. -Proven experience in territory planning and customer portfolio management. -Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in high-tech industries, preferably via indirect channels (dealers/distributors). -For C&I: Experience with commercial-scale energy storage, microgrids, or industrial energy solutions. -Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a complex sales environment. -Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -For Residential: Experience with household solar and battery storage systems. -Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the renewable energy sector.
