From a project management perspective, ensure safe and efficient EPC Contractor execution of the construction portion of project plans through:
Understand, implement and enforce all safety and environmental standards required to complete the construction project safely
Ensure adherence to construction work in accordance with the Project Execution Plan.
Involvement in EPC contractor selection and recommend actions for all major subcontract variations.
Establish construction facilities and temporary requirements for execution of construction activities.
Lead risk reviews for the construction element of all projects.
Control project expectations for labor, equipment, material and services and ensure field operations are within budget.
