Tasks

-Perform service analysis and resolve problems effectively -Deliver clear communication with customer focus, including dedicated VIP support -Conduct user training sessions and masterclasses -Manage digital workplace tools in a global environment -Develop your technical and soft-skills working with cross-functional teams -Provide technical and user support across IT systems -Tackle a higher level of technical and leadership responsibilities within local and regional teams

What You Bring

-Some exposure to digital workplace management and basic troubleshooting -Numerous further training opportunities (technical, soft skills etc.) are available to you on the Siemens Energy Learning platform -‑user computing and troubleshooting tasks -Basic knowledge of Office 365, cloud solutions, and hardware/software evaluation -Practical experience with at least one programming language -Familiar with the fundamentals of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) -Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience -Strong communication and collaboration skills
