Tasks

-Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to anticipate future talent needs. -Drive programs that strengthen employee engagement and reinforce organizational values. -Support leadership capability building and alignment with strategic priorities. -Build team and leadership effectiveness across all levels. -Support strategic workforce planning and capability building. -Develop and implement frameworks for structure and role alignment. -Enable successful change and transformation initiatives. -Facilitate interventions to improve collaboration and performance. -Design and optimize organizational structures to support business strategy. -Lead and support initiatives that ensure smooth transitions during organizational change. -Foster a high-performance, values-driven culture.

What You Bring

-Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. -Strong knowledge of organizational design principles, change methodologies, and culture-building strategies. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred). -5+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or related HR discipline.
