Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Develops familiarity with departmental design standards, applicable codes, policies, guidelines, and standards.
Performing Revit modeling and/or coordinating with BIM staff for completion.
Assisting in completing calculations for lighting, electrical loading, short circuit, voltage drop, and energy code.
Assisting with creating and maintaining department standards and tools.
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
Assisting in developing building lighting, power and distribution designs, including minor telecom and security provisions, on various projects and building types.

Familiarity with lighting design software and Bluebeam a plus
Familiar with Revit and Microsoft Office
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Engineering (with an electrical focus)
