Tasks

-Research and apply building codes. -Engage in all phases of projects from schematic design to design development and through construction drawings. -Conduct site visits as required. -Produce detailed construction drawings using Revit. -Work on diverse institutional projects such as municipal, educational, and healthcare. -Lead project teams including job captains and junior staff alongside a project manager.

What You Bring

-Excellent internal and external communication skills. -Proficiency with AutoCAD is a plus. -Experience with Sketchup and design development. -Institutional project experience in healthcare, large-scale municipal, educational projects. -10-20 years of experience in architecture. -Experience with mixed-use projects and ground-up construction. -Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and project management. -Experience leading technical project teams. -Knowledge of construction administration, zoning, and building codes. -Licensed Architect or on licensure track. -Expert in producing construction documents using Revit. -Degree in Architecture.
