Tasks

-Design test cases listed in the project test plan. -We want you to interact with Vendor for new fixtures and new concept development, fulfil QMS, OHSAS standards requirements and prepare the CA / PA and detailed analysis for frequent breakdowns. -Efficiently meet the timeline of assigned project with quality output. -Evaluate the functional and non-functional requirements for testability and use suitable cases for automation. -Work closely with suppliers and other CFTs to analyse the end-to-end scenarios, gather requirements and to implement it. -Create and apply new approaches as necessary to improve the productivity and efficiency of testing. -Design, build and execute automated tests to validate Manufactured products. -Focus is on automated testing. Proactively setup a test strategy and process. -Collaborating with globally located teams. -Performing code review and creation / support for relevant documentation. -Performing regular technical coordination / review with stake holders and ensuring timely reporting and escalations if any. -Improve test specifications by analysing the root causes of technical issues and develop testing solutions for those root causes. -Maintain automated scripts utilizing the existing framework, adhering to coding standards -Create/Design project test plans to qualify the contents of project requirements and functional specifications. -Participate in troubleshooting and drive root cause analysis and resolution.

What You Bring

-Work with minimal supervision on complex projects with latitude for independent judgment. -We seek to have a candidate with Soldering knowledge. -Proficient in software languages such as C++ , C#, VB.NET, Python and hands-on Microsoft Visual Studio. -We seek a candidate having a knowledge of Test process (ATE- Automatic Test Equipment and Manual) and experience of handling different test equipment - Device and PCBA level -Communication Protocol awareness - RS485, GPIB-IEEE-488, Safety standards awareness and ability to read the test proposals to develop new fixtures. -Good Electronics & electrical fundamental knowledge. -Ability to prepare Test procedures and work instruction for test equipment’s and awareness & implementation of safety precaution during fixture design. -Knowledge of Measurement equipment’s like Multi meter, Different Power source e.g. Omicron, ERFI, Chroma, Sorensen, Doble -You possess an ability to develop fixture design/ concept for new products and knowledge of electrical circuit diagram, control logic, solving problems
