Regional Maintenance Technician Tradesman

Overview

Performs maintenance, repairs, landscaping, and system upkeep for manufactured homes.

Tasks

-Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide -Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned -Mowing, weed eating and hedge trimming (also includes performing preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment) -Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) -Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality -Keeping grounds and landscaping in tip-top shape -Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed -Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary -Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices -Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills -Building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus -Reliable transportation and valid driver's license -Basic understanding of plumbing and other systems -High school diploma or equivalent. -Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired -Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods -Carpentry a must
