Tasks

-Participate in cross-functional projects (e.g., product launches, Design Lab). -Co-create annual Growth Development Plans with sales and dealers. -Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. -Travel regularly to support dealer development and review progress. -Develop and execute regional marketing strategies in collaboration with sales. -Represent regional sales and marketing needs within the broader marketing team. -Manage execution, documentation (Salesforce), and alignment with broader marketing initiatives. -Translate market needs into targeted programs, campaigns, and promotions. -Share insights and drive process improvements. -Provide strategic guidance to dealers on customer engagement and brand experience.
