Conduct virtual or in-person presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations
Meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Director/Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and local supply center teams) to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
Stay informed and report market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through close
Proactively identify and target new repair, remodel and new construction business opportunities by developing and executing strategies for prospecting and cold outreach (calls, emails, networking, events)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and activity reports

Proven track record of generating new business and consistently meeting/exceeding quotas
Technical Acumen - High comfort level with daily computer use, data entry, and navigating various technical environments (Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and practical experience with Salesforce)
Experience within the building materials industry is highly preferred
