Monitor and report on interface management status, risks, and issues to project leadership.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Interface Management Plan and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for all project systems including Rolling Stock, TSP, OCC, power infrastructure, PRESTO integration, and OMSF.
Coordinate with System Integration Manager to ensure interface requirements support overall system integration activities.
Ensure interface design changes are properly documented, communicated, and incorporated across all affected systems.
Chair and facilitate interface coordination meetings with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies.
Liaise with operations and maintenance teams to ensure interface requirements support operational readiness.
Establish interface verification and validation procedures to confirm proper system interoperability.
Identify, document, and track all physical, functional, and data interfaces between systems and with external stakeholders.
Manage the interface register and ensure all interface issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Minimum 10 years of experience in complex rail or transit projects with demonstrated interface management responsibility.
Deep understanding of LRT systems including rolling stock, signaling, power distribution, and control systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify and resolve complex technical interface issues.
Strong knowledge of interface management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or equivalent is an asset.
Collaborative mindset with ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholder group
Proven experience managing interfaces across multiple disciplines and contractors in integrated project environments.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Systems, or related discipline); Master's degree preferred.
Proficiency in interface management software and database systems.
