The Role

Overview

Oversee MEP fit‑out projects, handling design, procurement, construction, stakeholder coordination.

Tasks

-Attention to detail and adhering to the quality of installation at each stage of construction. Ensuring the build partners stick to the specified makes and models during the construction stage without any deviation. -If needed, to be able to roll up the sleeves and help different teams at Simpliwork for the successful delivery of the project. -Review all drawings and BOQ for the project and take ownership of the same. -To provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during the pre-construction and construction stages of the project. -Coordinating with consultants, Architects, and multiple vendors from the initial stage to final handover to the client. -Review and plan the complete project milestone, procurement plan and present it to the business team.

What You Bring

Experience (Years) required -Thorough knowledge of MEP and local authority approvals processes. -Specialized in MEP. -Effective use of construction management tools/software. -A strong background in team management is a mandate -Project management professional with a minimum of 02 -04 years of experience in the workspace fit-out industry. -To be able to travel and handle projects in other cities (if necessary) -To be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders. -Preferably from a D&B or coworking space background. -The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of commercial projects and aptitude in client-centric operations. -B.E/B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical -Thorough due technical due diligence. -Graduation must be through a full-time day course -Good research skills and attention to detail -To be able to handle multiple projects at the same time. -Thorough documentation of minutes, and effective communication on risk (with a mitigation plan) if any during the project. -Logical thinking and bringing in value engineering and cost-saving mechanisms throughout the life cycle of the project. -Ability to juggle multiple projects with accuracy
