-Responsible for accurate preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of payroll. -Responds to and resolves any inquiries regarding paychecks or payroll reporting. -Ensures payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly. -Process field payroll, the computation of pay, and associated deductions for accuracy. -Complete monthly union fringe reports

What You Bring

-2 years in a union construction payroll position preferred -Excellent customer service skills -Maintains up-to-date knowledge of city, state, local and federal legislation affecting payroll and understands and follows applicable provisions. -Ability to take initiative and problem solve independently -Associate degree in Accounting or a related field -An eye for detail and an analytical mindset
