Tasks

-Participate in the development and maintenance of technical documentation -Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends -Provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical users -Assist in the deployment and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and software -Provide technical support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting -Work closely with other IT team members to resolve technical issues and improve processes -Participate in the development and implementation of technical policies, procedures, and best practices -Perform in-depth troubleshooting and problem resolution, including root cause analysis, to identify and resolve complex technical issues

What You Bring

-Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting -Excellent customer service and communication skills -Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience -4+ years of experience in desktop support or a related field -Experience with network and infrastructure support -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Certification in A+ and/or Network+ is a plus -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis -Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems and applications
