General Construction Foreman

Overview

Lead onsite crew to finish construction projects on time, ensuring quality, safety.

Tasks

-Manage, evaluate and train field project team members. -Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades. -Ensure all installations meet quality and industry code standards. -Provide remote supervision to technicians on site. -Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work. -Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet schedule. -Adhere to Ernest's standards of quality, safety and best practices. -Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades as well as the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts while providing excellent customer service.

What You Bring

-Project management experience -Extensive experience using Microsoft office and/or G-suite -At least 5 years of general construction field supervisor experience managing crews and running multimillion dollar residential construction projects -Strong Spanish verbal and written communication skills -Valid driver's license -Strong English verbal and written communication skills -Must be comfortable providing supervision to technicians remotely, whether it be over the phone or virtual meetings. -Must be comfortable with deescalating and speaking with customers directly
