Tasks

In this role, you will guide homebuyers through their design selections and upgrades, ensuring they feel confident and excited about their choices. You’ll also play an important part in showcasing our homes by coordinating model home design and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. -Provide exceptional service to homebuyers throughout the design process. -Candidates should provide a portfolio link within their resume to demonstrate relevant work experience. -Present and explain available options and upgrades, helping customers make informed decisions. -Assist with model home staging and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. -Manage and process design selections accurately, including ordering materials.

What You Bring

-A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. -A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field. -This position is primarily Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional flexibility required for evenings or weekends as needed. -2–3 years of experience guiding customers through design selections, preferably in homebuilding or a related supplier environment.
