Tasks

-Define clear workflows for design governance reviews, approvals, and escalation procedures -Prepare reports on compliance status, audit findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement in design governance -Mentor and guide junior team members in project coordination, document preparation, and analytical tasks, contributing to the professional development of the team -Develop compliance dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility -Create, update, and maintain a centralized repository of dated Board-approved CGIs for reference and compliance tracking -Collaborate with design, project management, and other governance teams to embed design standards and resolve compliance issues -Conduct systematic audits and coordinate with Design Excellence (DEx) teams across business units to ensure compliance with approved designs and identify discrepancies -Coordinate with Design Excellence (DEx) teams across business units to identify discrepancies and enforce corrective actions -Develop and implement QIC-wide processes for reviewing and monitoring projects' adherence to Board-approved CGIs and imagery, including concept and interior designs -Utilize advanced digital tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to analyze datasets and create visual dashboards that support informed, data-driven decision-making
