Tasks
-Partner with Business Development on identifying opportunities and closing work. -Foster a team-first culture grounded in accountability, care, and performance. -Champion operational excellence and innovation across the Division and all projects. -Own and resolve issues—on projects, with clients, and across the Division. -Maintain long-term client engagement beyond project closeout. -Develop, Contribute and Support Divisional and Enterprise-wide rollouts, initiatives, and best practices. -Manage divisional financial health: revenue forecasting, gross profit tracking, bench projections and overhead strategy. -Engage with Enterprise risk teams on CCIP, OCIP insurance, claims, warranty, bonds and other risk-related matters. -Participate in Division-wide career pathing, development planning, and culture-building initiatives. -Collaborate with Preconstruction to ensure accurate, timely, and strategic estimates. -Develop and grow meaningful relationships with key clients and developers. -Lead project teams with executive oversight and coaching. -Provide peer-to-peer VP-level problem-solving and strategic input, unafraid to drop down when necessary. -Uphold and promote company values in every interaction. -Conduct regular 1:1s, project check-ins, and high-level staffing/resource planning. -Identify, hire, and mentor top-tier project management talent. -Interpret financial data and use analytics to drive decision-making and improve margins. -Manage the process of negotiations and execution of Owner contracts in coordination with the project leadership team, Sr. Vice President and in-house legal counsel.

What You Bring
-Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. -Familiarity with Dallas–Fort Worth market strongly preferred. -15+ years of relevant experience with a general contractor, preferred wood-frame multifamily. -Advanced financial and business acumen. -Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline. -Proven track record of leading project teams and client relationships from pursuit to closeout.
