Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM
Track partner performance and ensure consistent usage of the platform
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners
Resolve concerns, offer product support, and ensure high partner satisfaction
Ensure smooth onboarding and verification process
Follow up regularly to convert active partners to paid subscribers
Share daily/weekly reports with the team manager
Identify, connect and onboard new real estate agents/channel partners
Promote subscription upgrades & new service offerings
Act as a single point of contact for partners’ platform-related queries
Drive daily activations and monthly revenue targets
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for onboarding, managing and nurturing relationships with real estate channel partners. The role includes driving business growth through activations, follow-ups, and ensuring partners are actively engaged on the Square Connect platform.
Fresher or experienced (sales/real estate experience preferred)
Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships
Graduation mandatory
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Basic tech/platform understanding (CRM, apps, dashboards)
