What You Bring

-HVAC Certification (Preferred) -Working knowledge of grounds/common areas -One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience. -Working weekends will be required/ must have reliable transportation -Dependable, punctual, proactive and must work well with others -Drug Testing required and background check is mandatory -Able to attend on-call after hour emergencies at least 3 days out of the week. -Universal HVAC EPA certification -Strong knowledge of HVAC -Driver's License (Preferred)
